I'm a moron and ordered the wrong kayak rack for my car. After delivery I realized the mistake and rack attack fixed my error and even gave me the sales price on the new rack despite the sale being over. It is rare to get customer service like this from an online company. Most companies match price online but you will be hard to find one that has better customer service than rack attack.
