Jordan C of the online crew got back to me very quickly when I needed a single lock core. I had asked for a specific numbered lock core and he was quick to source such a unit. He did locate such a numbered core lock at the Mississauga store and let me know that it had no accompanying keys. JordanC informed me that they (Rack Attack) are reluctant to sell a lock core without ANY keys, but I assured him, I had 2 spares at home. All good. The lock core arrived almost overnight. Imagine my surprise. I had to drill out the existing stuck key in the older lock core and I was a bit enthusiastic during that somewhat successful process. I say "somewhat" because I compromised the soft metal/aluminum by drilling a bit too far. During the installation process, I was a few millimetres from touchdown. I immediately drove to the Vaughn store where their staff educated me on my errors. The Vaughn store crew sorted me out and I was able to achieve total installation satisfaction even if the lock core is canted to the left (kinda like the NDP). LOL. Weak attempt at some humour. It's been a most pleasant transaction / dealing / experience with Rack Attack. I'm a Thule fan boy and I will be back!! All the Best!!
