Great service and support. I ordered my rack online. I live in Portland. It shipped from Phoenix. When it arrived I didn't really know how to put it together so I called a local Rack Attack shop here in PDX. By the time I got to their shop to ask for some guidance, the gentleman with whom I had spoken had already printed out all the instructions for me. Top shelf service! And it only took me 15 minutes to assemble at home which saved me $100 in an installation fee! Way to go Rack Attack!
