I ordered the Kuat Transfer V2 1 bike hitch mount rack. The rack was out of stock and an online search indicated that the rack was out of stock on the Kuat website and not available from any other site. However, Rack Attack responded to my order within 48 hours and offered 2 other suggestions. After some dialogue, I decided to keep my order in the queue. In less than 2 weeks I received an email indicating the rack was on the way and the next day it was at my door. I was very pleased with the service provided by Rack Attack and their ability to get the rack in a very timely manner.
