The product I ordered was delivered within a few days of when I placed it and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't happy at all about the shipping costs of such a small item since they were nearly as much as the item itself, and so I let Rack Attack know my feelings on that. They immediately looked into my complaint, acknowledged that there had been an error that had doubled the shipping cost, and they refunded the entire cost of shipping. It's refreshing to see a company that actually responds to complaints and does something positive about them.
