I’m always a bit nervous when I’m going to do something for my car. The lovely Dan put me at ease and iI have exactly the right rack for my car and bikes. He even helped me attach it and walked through safety features and tools I need for maintenance etc. No question was too big or too small. Thanks guys for making this family feel happy And ready for our camping weekend. You made our day ! To add to this there was no hard sell or assumption about my knowledge or lack of. It was an easy transaction and I feel really good about it.
