I ask to cancel an order because of the looong backorder delay. No reply. What a suprise. Few weeks later, I receive a notification that the order was about to ship. I tried to email back and call to cancel. No way to reach someone.
I received the box damaged. Fortunately, the product inside was not damage. I don't neet it anymore but it seems to complicate to deal with them.
