I purchased a Roll n Lock retractable truck bed cover from Rack Attack in St Louis Park for my F150. Good price and a quick ship to the store. For convenience, I chose to have the shop doing my spray in bed liner elsewhere do the bed cover install at the same time. Unfortunately, those guys were unable to properly line up the end of the cover with tailgate and left a gap that leaked when it rained. They had no other ideas and their only solution was to tape in some temporary weather stripping. Not good. Rack Attack was happy to take a look. The guys quickly figured out the problem and came up with a durable long-term solution that works perfectly. What did I learn? #1: Purchase your truck accessory / rack from the Rack Attack shop. They will stand by the product. #2 Have the guys at the shop install it so it gets done right the first time. Thank you, Rack Attack, for a great product and great service.
