Just got off the phone with Kyle at Rack Attack Framingham - he did exactly what I was hoping he would: he oriented me to the options, was super clear and efficient in communicating them, and advised me on some different ways to go. The conversation took just about 20 minutes, and that included payment and scheduling the installation. And all that happened on a busy Sunday afternoon in December!
