I visited Rack Attack on Oak St in Victoria today asking for help to remover a Thule Car Top Carrier from my car. The carrier had become a problem as it was too tall and I was unable to use the underground parking at my apartment building. I was not a customer and was not there to purchase anything. The gentleman in the store was amazing. He immediately offered to help and went to work to remove the carrier while I waited. Within 15 minutes of arriving without an appointment the car top carrier was removed and placed securely inside my car. I am hugely greatful for all his help and his friendly attitude. There was no charge for the work he did. Thanks so very much for the exceptional service!
