Customer service was great. I called on Wednesday afternoon to get a basket, and Colin made an appointment for me for Friday. Eli was superb, especially since he was the only one in the shop when I arrived. He helped me choose a size, and he assembled it and installed it, all within about an hour’s time. Thank you for a great job!
