I ordered a rack and they said a couple of weeks
After 2 weeks my rack was supposedly in
Dropped off my vehicle and went for a walk only to be contacted 50 minutes later that they had the wrong parts for my rack
Fast forward another 2 weeks and my rack is finally in
Dropped off vehicle with an appointment and was told my vehicle would be ready in about an hour
3 hours later and still counting
