The Seattle Rack Attack location was great and Aaron provided excellent customer service. I’m not very familiar with roof systems and Aaron was patient and went through the different options. I originally purchased a snowboard rack but realized later that I needed a cargo box. The exchange process was very easy and I was in and out in less than an hour!
