Last Fall we bought a great Yakima tilting bike rack (with a loading ramp that could accommodate the weight of my new EBike), down in Colorado Springs, near where we live. The key got broken in the lock and the 2nd key got misplaced. We have had a DIFFICULT and TIME CONSUMING time trying to find a way to get new keys from the place we purchased it...got no where. Today, I went into Rack Attack on Evans in Denver (not the company or chain we originally bought it from, but they carry Yakima racks) met Brooks, and explained the situation. He knew exactly what to do, did it, and I was out their door with a new lock mechanism and 2 new keys, in NO TIME (and at NO charge)!!!! He took SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME!!! I can't believe it! We'd been UN able to remove our rack for SIX MONTHS, because of not being able to get keys, and he remedies the situation in a little over 5 minutes!!! I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! He was friendly, listened, understood, and KNEW what to do! How can you get better than that???
