We ordered a rack after speaking with their rep over the phone. When we received our order, the connecting “feet” were not included, nor were they ever manufactured, despite the fact that the product description and sales rep said this rack was compatible for the car. We returned our rack to them over a year ago and have yet to receive our refund. We call, and call, and call, and are deferred to Justin Cole who never follows up. $400+ lost to a company that only helps you purchase from them. I’ll gladly revise this review if they make good on their refund policy. Otherwise, I can’t recommend this company.
