- online order beginning of the month.
- received an email saying they couldn’t run my credit card and that I had to phone the e-commerce department
-Phoned the e-commerce department repeatedly and no one picked up.
- then they charged my card but not for the whole amount.
-then some boxes arrived but after I began assembly I realized multiple pieces missing.
-phoned e-commerce. No one answered.
-phoned sales they said they would transfer me to e-commerce, but line went dead.
-phoned the Vancouver store. They said this was terrible. It only e-commerce could help me. They said e-commerce was terrible at picking up the phone.
-phoned the Coquitlam store cause that was the name on the credit card. They said they couldn’t help me.
-emailed everyone whose emailed I knew.
-finally the next day a sales manager phoned. Said if I wanted my money back I had to ship them back the half of the stuff they delivered. I said I was low on trust that anyone would get back to me. Only other option was for them to root through spare parts and find all the things I was missing (hope I didn’t miss a piece!!). So now 3+ weeks later I got pieces spread all over my front patio and am waiting on another package. Still don’t know why they said they couldn’t charge my card and then charged my card. Creepy. Just a nightmare. At least I get entered into a draw for posting a picture!
