Had a wonderful experience with Rack Attack with both of our cars. We put a hitch on a 2024 Lexus RX and also brought in a 2023 Tesla Y. The appointments were confirmed by email as well as timely reminders. Our wait times were clearly explained ahead of time. In a fun twist (for me) the used Tesla already had a trailer hitch hiding behind the bumper, which I didn’t know about (I don’t think the Ford dealer I bought it from knew about this either). Even though the bumper was removed for the planned hitch installation, and labor time was used, I was charged nothing for the Tesla. I would highly recommend the Rack Attack in St. Louis Park Minnesota.
