Had a great and not so great experience with Rack Attack at their Halsey location in Portland. The not so good was that they damaged my truck while backing it into the building requiring me to take it a body shop for repairs. That said the team responded with nothing but pure professionalism (Matt and Nathan). They waived the charge for the install of my tonneau cover, worked directly with my body shop of choice, doubled the warranty coverage on my cover and secured a rental car for two days, all without me having to spend any money out of my pocket. Start to finish my truck was repaired in just over a week. I would highly recommend Rack Attack and I will be visiting them for any future accessory needs.
