Wow I am just mind blown on how amazing this company is. My name is Donald Batchelor and I have been a customer service consultant for multi billion dollar corporations for years, and it’s extremely rare to find that diamond in the ruff. But this company by far exceeds all expectations. Not only is the customer service and the quality of products and installation five stars. But the integrity of this company is mind blowing. I had already ordered my stuff, already gave them the credit card number and agreed to pay a specific amount. They call me about two hours later telling me how they are running a Memorial Day special and that they want to give me an additional $200 dollars off my previous order. Like who does that. They could have not said anything and just went with it. I was already happy and excited for my new rack and kayak accessories. But no they had to go above and beyond to make this customer ever more happier. I genuinely am a loyal customer for life now and all my cars are only going to have accessories installed by rack attack.
