I'm incredibly frustrated with Rack Attack's customer service for online orders. I bought a Thule Allax dog crate for roughly $1300 CAD in May, only to see it go on a 20% off Thule sale shortly after, which would have saved me approximately $250. For more than two weeks, I've been trying to get Rack Attack to honor the sale price, but my attempts have been met with silence. I've sent multiple emails and called numerous times, but their dedicated online order phone line, 1 (888) 301-1527 (ext 3), simply doesn't work. The single time I managed to speak with someone, they assured me a manager would call me back that day, a call I'm still waiting for. Given that I'm still within the return window, this lack of support is unacceptable.
