We bought a Kuat rack here nearly seven years ago and it is awesome! More importantly, a screw holding the rack arm broke this week and the threaded portion was embedded in the rack. We broiught the rack in to Rack Attack earlier in the week and the staffer immediately checked out the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes without a charge. Gold standard service!
