We stopped in to ask a question about a bike rack we didn’t purchase at rack Attack. Our bike rack wasn’t working correctly. The employee came right to our car, found the problem with the bike rack, fixed it with a clamp and a couple of turns, and just like that, we had a working bike rack. He would take any money from us. Sometimes words can be priceless. We will be back.
