I've enjoyed my Yakima bike rack that I purchased from Rack Attack almost 15 years ago - it's still great! However, when one of the rubber bands broke, I dropped into the Toronto Laird Street store unannounced following a bike ride and asked if it could be replaced. I was immediately served by Tate who very quickly found a new rubber band and installed it on my rack. Great service!! I will now continue to enjoy many more years with this great product. Thanks so much!!
