The original packages did contain one wrong part BUT it was resolved quickly and easily the next day, allowing us to take our Hobie tandem to the cottage and back with -- for the first time -- zero worry about damaging the finish of the car, zero shoulder or neck pain from holding 125 lb of boat in an impossible position, zero extremely tense discussions between the people involved, and zero noise or worry about shifting while driving twisty dirt roads -- or even when we had to swerve violently due to a bad driver on the highway. I am going to be doing SO MUCH more boating now.
