I was confused about what I needed to haul a pair of kayaks, so I drove to the Skokie, IL store where Nick spent as much time as I needed to explain the options that were available. I didn't buy then, but called back a few days later and he placed my order, matching a competitor's price. One item wasn't available locally and, rather than have to wait for it or pay an expediting fee, he was able to have it shipped from another store. They got me up and running quickly and we enjoyed our first kayak outing today!
