I was having trouble determining which cargo box would fit my van. I called the Rack Attack customer service and spoke to Brodie, who was very helpful. Since there is a store that was about a half hour from me, we both decided that it would be best for me to head over to the store and have my vehicle measured to make sure the box I wanted would fit. I went to the King of Prussia location and Brendan, the manager, was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us. He was so polite, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Best customer experience ever! And my new cargo box is amazing. Thank you Rack Attack!
