For many years I have bought all my bike racks from Rack Attack. Before I took delivery of my 2015 BMW X5, in 2015, Rack Attack informed they could not install a trailer hitch to carry a Thule rack without cutting a hole in the bumper, obviously not something I wanted to do. So I reluctantly bought BMW's proprietary rack. Today a necessary piece fell off and I could not get back on. At the Toronto store Tate took his time to reinstall the piece. He patiently tried several tools until he make it happen. Although I did not buy the rack from Rack Attack, he refused to charge me for the repair. So thanks Tate and Rack Attack for exceptional skill and service.
