I took my SUV into this location to install a tow assembly for my Seadoo Trailer. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and the installation was completed in one day. When I picked up my vehicle the manager took time to show me how to remove the tow assembly from my vehicle and gave me other pointers which were much appreciated. After I picked up my vehicle I took it to a local car wash for an "inside and outside" clean. The interior cleaning required me to leave the vehicle and turn off the motor. When the cleaning was completed I tried to restart the car but the motor would not restart. None of the car accessories (radio, lights, heater) would work either. I was about to call CAA when the car wash manager suggested that we check the electrical connections. We found the the connections had not been properly tightened by Rack Attack when they installed the tow assembly. Once the connectors were tightened the car worked immediately. I returned to the Rack Attack location and expressed my disappointment to the manager. But for this unfortunate but fully avoidable incident, I would have given my experience with this Rack Attack location a five star rating.
