So, so glad I found this KOP Rack Attack! Was hoping to get some part and service support for an older roof rack, and I definitely came to the right place. Malachi was pleasant and helpful, going out of his way to help me diagnose and repair some issues to get my rack back up and operational. He provided tools and advice, as well as a new lock system at basically no charge. Thanks to his fantastic customer service, I was able to use a rack I thought was a “goner” to move my son off to college with ease. It is becoming rare to find such excellent customer service anywhere these days. There is no question I will be back to Rack Attack when I need new products, and I will be sure to recommend the same to all my friends. Thanks!!
