Just wanted to share about my experience with Rack Attack last week. First, Sam was gracious in answering questions, the order of replacement keys for my roof rack, and then my issue with hex nuts. If he isn’t a manager or supervisor he should be. He went above and beyond and clearly I am satisfied with the result. Highly recommend this location for prompt, gracious, and courteous service. Ask for Sam.
