When traveling this past winter I had a Retrax retractable cover installed on my pickup by another dealer in AZ. I scheduled a service appointment at Rack Attack to adjust my top due to some adjustments I made which were in error. The gentleman that helped me was exceedingly kind, made the adjustments on my rack, and did not charge me. This really stands out and they will have my business for any future purchases.
