I have purchased a number of Thule and Yakima products from Rack Attack over the years and I keep coming back because of the exceptional expertise and after-sale service. I had a significant warranty issue with my most recent purchase -- a Thule Outway 3 -- and I wasn't able to use the rack as I had hoped (on a bike trip in Iceland). This was a significant inconvenience for me and in response to my concerns the staff at Rack Attack rectified the issue in a way that went beyond what I expected and met all of my needs. I'll be coming back once I figure out what my next bike rack will be.
