Unfortunately, we are having a problem with one of the one of the stabilizer straps that secures the bike to the stabilizer bar. The buckle constantly pops out, and while it is extremely difficult to insert it into its proper place, it pops out each time we try to tighten the strap. I am hopeful that you will replace the strap and buckle so we can safely haul our bikes.
