I haven't tried the food yet- it's for hiking in the New Year. The online chat assistant was very helpful when I needed to know all the ingredients. There wasn't a photo of the ingredients on the website for the keto products I was looking at, so the assistant emailed me all the product's ingredients. Then the decision was easy!
