I'm a busy mum with under 5s - It's easy to mix up in a shaker for a fast afternoon snack when I'm super busy with the kids but need something to fill the gap until dinner. Dissolves and mixes well, it fills me up, AND is delicious. Great to have something I know is nutritionally good for me rather than reaching for the box of crackers.
