A couple years ago I got a few samples of packages to try out but did not do longer hikes that year. About 2 ago I was diagnosed with coeliac and while clearing my food items realized that Radix was (is?) coeliac certified. I took those packages on my overseas trip as ‘emergency’ food where I cannot find anything coeliac safe. I was very surprised so great they taste. Honestly, better then my cooking. Now I get it for my all travels, that definitely helps me a lot. I just would love to see some chicken or beef meals back.
