So far I have had both flavours of the Recovery Smoothies post HIIT workout and the flavours and great + I am not finding any tiredness, if anything more energy and feeling good. I have more products on the way. Totally recommend.
I have also had whey protein sample pack and will definitely be ordering Banana and Strawberry next year. Tastes great. Mixes well and fair priced.
