I visited NZ over a year ago on a working holiday visa, and I backpacked tons of trails while over there!! I ate Radix meals on every trip, and I would always think, "Why isn't this sold in the US??" Vegan backpacker meals over here in the States don't have nearly as much protein and essential nutrients as Radix does. Now that I've started section hiking the AT, I'll be ordering way more meals to keep my muscle mass while going on frequent backpacking trips.
