Smooth, creamy, tasty, not gritty, not fake tasting. All the things you want in a good protein - plus all the added benefits of many other nutrients. Love this in my overnight oats as well as just a simple protein shake. I've never been a protein shake person because of the horrible texture they always are. Not radix though - highly rate this product and company.
