Bought some DIAAS Complex protein powder and some instant meals at the Auckland Food Show the other week, and have been SO impressed so far! The breakfasts are delicious in every flavour and so easy to make too (very clever packaging)! I recommend making them up with cold water instead of warm/hot. As far as protein powders are concerned, I always buy vanilla and tend to try a different brand/product each time. I can say without a doubt that this stuff is the best I've ever had! By far the most "milkshake-like" texture of any I've tried, and nice and sweet without being sickening. Will definitely be back for more.
