before i put my house on the market i went on various sites to find out about property that was up for sale in my area.so i could get some idea of what i should put my house on the market for.16 years ago they were up for sale at a hundred and sixtyfive thousand pound,they were selling now for hunded and fifty thousands,in my area they have come down yet again to hundred and twentyfour thousand that is for a 3 bed semi and the 2 bedrooms are going for ninety thousand up to hundred and twenty thousand
