Very rude with customers .. i call them they tell me ( i’m afraid this house is gone ) then my husband calls them they book him a visit to the same house. This is very very rude … never been treated like this before and i don’t really know what all this about !! and honestly this happened for a third time . now whenever i like something i ask my husband to call them.

Disgusting customer service!!! Pretending they would like to help you but not helpful at all !! Very annoying, trying to reach you or your employer multiple times without even giving you time to submit your documents ! Very very expensive and not willing to give you any money back for the checks that they had to do ! I would not recommend Rightmove to anyone!!

Photos and one viewing property sale going through my house is still on the website. They allocate solicitors who’s communication is lacking. But they (rightmove) also do conveyancing on the sale and no one can explain why. Or is honest enough to say it’s a scam to get more money off you. Can’t wait to see how much these clowns take for their lacklustre no effort made service

Professional and friendly service. The team at the Walkden branch were so reliable and always available whenever advice or guidance was needed when we were selling my Mother's house. Particular thanks to Lisa, Bella and Josh.

Now RightMove have cornered the market, their expansion has resulted in lower quality sale account manager staff who are now focussed on commission through arrogance, under-delivery to force upsells. No interest in customer service or smaller business. Poorly compares to a few years ago when RightMove staff strove to build their brand & quality. Possibly RightMove have been hit hard by the pandemic so are responding with aggressive upsells which will only longer term erode the brand.

Rightmove are uninterested in the small businesses who advertise with them, still implementing their policy of giving 1 months notice, to suspend advertising, during this serious state of lock down. The current situation could not have been foreseen 1 month in advance, my business has already been closed for 2 weeks, I am expected to pay Right move for 6 weeks, while closed. This is very poor customer service, they are just interested in money money money, to the detriment of their clients.

Only giving them one star as cant give nought. My daughter and her boyfriend rented through them in Droutwich Spa. Well the landlord was appalling and issued section 21 not activated properly. On the advice of this company they were told that there deposite would be paid back in six weeks and not to do anything. Well as the six weeks when the six weeks were nearly up they were then advised that they had till the second of august 19 to appeal as the landlady wanted the deposite. The evidence was sent and low and behold today they have been informed that the landlady has been paid the deposite. So no evidence was looked at and no money is being returned to a young couple expecting their first child. £1200 just given to a creep of a woman. It will be taken to the housing obisman dont you worry.

Horrific experience with rightmove. This is absolutely the worst business I have ever had to deal with. I had no proper hot water for six months, no shower for three weeks, and no working drains for the entire time I was there. They also refused to fix these things in a timely manner. I obtained the list of items that needed to be fixed from previous tenants which were never dealt with prior to my move in. The previous tenants had to use a bucket in the middle of the winter to shower with. This business is a horrible representation of UK businesses. Worst experience and most corrupt business I have dealt with. I can't believe people live like this in the UK in 2019.

People should not be advised of a viewing only to have it belatedly cancelled at short notice. Notably when they had travelled the day prior to, for what should have been a pre-arranged viewing, when having travelled inordinate distances. Wasting considerable, time, trouble effort & un-warranted expense. Only to be advised within minutes of what should have been a scheduled viewing, the present tenant there in was ostensibly un-able and /or un-willing to permit viewing. However, having within same hour, just been shown around one property by a far more co-operative agent, we went onto view another To Buy & also a To Let, within the vicinity of this property in question. This resulted in us, having to drive back past this property in question, where upon the driver got out. Having advised the present tenant therein of the predicament, the kindly gentleman permitted us to enter & view therein. This in total contrast to what these lying, scheming, agents had hither too, ostensibly advised such that the tenant therein wouldn't permit to views. Such ineptitude, coupled with cavalier disregard is what one should not come to expect {such as that exhibited by Munro & Noble (M&N) Allied, Souter, Jaffrey (ASJ) and /or Allied Scotland (AS) & no doubt elsewhere too}. Deplorable

Very good,BUT slow to remove from mobile apps ect when changing to a new agent,by leaving a heading ( THIS PROPERTY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE) This misleads new customers, their by losing new perspective viewers who use mobiles /tablets to search online. In this day and age of fast update online, this needs to be sorted......

Compared to 20 years ago when I was buying my first home the internet has made things a lot easier. Rightmove is my current choice for property hunting, but that doesn't mean its a good site. In a few words, the problem with Rightmove is 'the quality of data'. I'll lay the blame equally between rightmove and the agents for this. I'm sure Rightmove could put processes in place to help the buyers (or renters), but as they aren't the ones paying to advertise on Rightmove I don't see it changing in favour of the person looking to buy or rent. The first issue is the quality of search results. I'm looking for a detached property, have been for a while, and so I search on the most recent listings. Today the top 6 listings are 3 semi detached, a flat, and two 'cash only' chalet/holiday homes. OK so two of those are technically detached, but shouldn't holiday homes be kept out of the 'houses' category? As for flats, town houses and terraced homes, what they are doing under 'detached' escapes me. Then we have properties with outside photos only. Makes you wonder what the inside is like. third on the list of problems: the floorplans. Floorplans can be invaluable but unfortunately they sometimes look little like the house you're viewing. 4. Properties that are still advertised on rightmove long after they have sold. I'm looking at one now that's still on rightmove two weeks after I was told it had sold - surely it's not that difficult to login and tick the 'sold STC' box? I think it's about time the government stepped in and regulated the industry. Having lived in California for nearly 7 years realtors there work hard for your business and for every sale. Here estate agents seem to have an 'if I can be bothered' approach to their business.

Site is rubbish, none of the properties to rent are still available. We have driven 200miles twice to see properties and the agents are unprofessional and unhelpful. The site itself is useless due to the lack of listings across the board. The site needs to have stricter policies in place penalizing agents who dont update or remove listings that are no longer available.

Good place to look for property but you're better off contacting the agent via their own email/website. Do not use rightmove. They collect far too much information (why is a phone number mandatory??) and why is my personal postcode mandatory?
