On the advice of this company they were told that there deposite would be paid back in six weeks and not to do anything. Well as the six weeks when the six weeks were nearly up they were then advised that they had till the second of august 19 to appeal as the landlady wanted the deposite. The evidence was sent and low and behold today they have been informed that the landlady has been paid the deposite. So no evidence was looked at and no money is being returned to a young couple expecting their first child. £1200 just given to a creep of a woman. It will be taken to the housing obisman dont you worry.
