Now RightMove have cornered the market, their expansion has resulted in lower quality sale account manager staff who are now focussed on commission through arrogance, under-delivery to force upsells. No interest in customer service or smaller business. Poorly compares to a few years ago when RightMove staff strove to build their brand & quality.
Possibly RightMove have been hit hard by the pandemic so are responding with aggressive upsells which will only longer term erode the brand.
