Having recently used this company for our house sale I would like to say that I was quite disappointed with their service. Initially, when we were deciding wether to put our house on the market, we were contacted constantly. Once we had the house on the market we heard very little and only had a couple of viewings within a year ! The information on the details was incorrect and misleading, the EPC man stole our camera and drew the house plans up wrong, the photos taken were of a poor quality, blurred and dull. It was only after we lowered the price and complained about the lack of service and support that we got a little more help. We sold our property for £35,000 below asking price, to enable us to move forward with our lives. The company seemed more supportive of our buyers than ourselves, contacting us to hurry things along and trying to get us to complete on the sale on a date unsuitable to us. I'm not sure I would recommend this company to sell a property to anyone.
