It would be useful to encourage inclusion of the floor space/size of the property in the initial listing (square ft/m) instead of trying to find it in the floor plans, when available. I have wasted a lot of time looking at property entries too small for my needs because the floor space/ size is not made apparent.
It might also be useful to include some information about major bus routes, where properties are not close to train/tube stops.
