you cant filter out what you don't want
and the search for what you do want is poor ie cant get rid of terrace housing.
searches of off road parking, pulls in no parking and on road parking [that's not parking]
its okay for an initial search but then you cant remove properties you have ruled out
you cant rule out entire types of properties like terrace, apartments, flats.
and if you want to search using the map its a very bad way of doing it using all those points
you have to drag instead of simply drawing
