Rightmove is the first place I go to when studying the house market. I have alerts set to keep an eye on the local market and also look to help friends and family with their searches. I like what you can do with the maps and also that it extends overseas. I would give a higher mark if the searches were a bit more advanced. For example I was looking for an investment property in France and wanted to be able to specify that I need 8 rooms all with en-suites OR that I would like a main house plus annexe. There needs to be a few advances made to the site now as it has been very similar for years and time has moved on.
