Could do better . I get an e mail each week telling me how many people have viewed my details that week. My estate agent has no means of contacting these people to follow up their enquiry and possibly book a viewing. This could be easily remedied by submitting contact details to access. In the North East properties over the £250,000 threshold do not sell easily. My property has been on the market for 15 months despite reducing the price around £60,000 so people in my position need a better way of harnessing interest.
