RM is very useful, especially when you are not certain what place you are heading for. Prices in the SW seem to be fairly static although a lot of people are buying holiday homes/lets which wont be good for local needs and the money going upcountry.
It is useful to see who has bought cheap property, tarted it up and put it back on the market at a hugely increased price. Inspired by Sarah Beany.....
